The students of New Horizon High School participated in a storytelling event organized by StoryVerse Land. The interactive session was conducted by storyteller Shreya Biswas and focused on nurturing imagination, listening skills and creative expression through stories.

As part of the initiative, free personalised books were distributed to deserving students, encouraging early reading habits and a deeper engagement with literature beyond the classroom. Personalised books add unique value by helping students see themselves reflected in stories, increasing emotional connection, reading motivation and long term interest in books. The event aligned with the school's vision of holistic and creative learning.

The students of New Horizon High School participated in the Purvodaya Literary Festival, a vibrant celebration of literature, art, and culture. The five-day event featured literary discussions, recitations, quizzes, fashion showcases, and art competitions, showcasing the students' talents and interests.
Organized by the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies (ISCS) in collaboration with the National Book Trust, ICSSR, and ICCR, the festival provided a platform for students to engage with literature, art, and culture.
